SV: Plasma cannons are now a "bomb". They have largely increased damage, 1 round magazines, and reload slowly. They are limited to 2 per core and ammo is expensive to make.

Homing rocket damage nerfed to 405 from 502 damage per shot

All other turrets recieved misc amounts of buffs as per the above table.

Misc buffs to all turrets except homing rocket which stayed the same.
